What can I expect at my initial diet consultation? Our trained office staff will review your medical history and discuss your EKG and lab results. You will get a diet manual to record your daily caloric intake and exercise. The diet will be thoroughly discussed and questions will be addressed. Our staff will obtain your initial measurements to assess your success at the end of your diet regimen. We will also dispense the HCG in pre-filled syringes with instructions on administering the injectable serum and proper disposal of syringes. Do I have to come in every day to weigh in? No. It is not required, but our diet counselors are available to weigh you daily if you find this helpful. Our office generally likes to schedule the patient for weekly visits to discuss their progress.
