 Premiere Center for Health & Wellness was created in 2007 as it became apparent that many women are in need of services that fall outside of the realm of traditional gynecology and are thus not covered by insurance companies. 

Through Premiere Center for Health & Wellness, Dr. Evans and Sally Lake RN BSN CNS are able to provide non-traditional hormonal therapies and exciting minimally invasive cosmetic options to discriminating women. Premiere Women's Center does not contract with or accept payment from insurance companies.

Our office works hard to give you the best possible care.. We hope our New website will be just one more way to do this!

We highly recommend you fill out your initial medical and insurance information online prior to your appointment to allow Dr. Evans to review and plan for your appointment. Dr. Evans takes pride in providing the highest quality of healthcare possible and utilizes all your medical history to better prepare for your visit and better inform you.
